Overall Diagram Dashboard
Shows live data on consumption, pressure, and compressor status (load / idle / ready / fault / off), including output for variable-speed (VSD) compressors. (airleader.de)
High-Resolution Curves & Zoom
Data is updated at up to 10 samples per second. You can zoom into as little as one hour to catch short peaks in temperature, pressure, dew point, flow, and power consumption.
Alarms & Notifications
If any measured value exceeds predefined limits, automated alerts can be sent via email, SMS, or fax.
Live Specific Consumption & Energy Balance
You can monitor real-time energy usage and cost risks. The system also reports load/idle times, kWh consumed, volumetric output (m³), specific power, energy cost in EUR, number of starts, and load changes.
Long-Term Data Storage
The system stores data for many years (e.g. at least 20 years for setups with up to 8 compressors).
Statistical Summaries & Period Selection
Load/idle graphs allow visual insight into savings over time. Users can easily select custom time periods (hourly, weekly, monthly) to view summaries.
Predictive Maintenance Tool
For each compressor, you can define up to 4 service-intervals to plan maintenance proactively.
Sensor Integration & Diagram Control
Multiple analog sensors (e.g. 4–20 mA, Modbus) can be connected and shown graphically. You can also select which diagrams to display together or individually.
Multi-User & Web Access
Any number of users can access the visualization via a web server without performance loss.
